Bader Alsubaiee
Bader Alsubaiee is the Managing Partner at Al Itqan and a certified accountant in Kuwait. He holds an MBA from AIC, US. Bader has held senior positions with various professional organizations, including serving as the CEO of the Kuwait Investment Authority (2000-2023) and as a board member of the Union of Investment Companies, Kuwait University (College of Business Administration), and the Public Authority of Applied Education and Training (College of Commercial Studies). He advises a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors on both financial and non-financial matters.
Aasim Hasan
Aasim brings over 13 years of expertise in Corporate Finance. Before joining Al Itqan, he was associated with a prominent consulting firm in Kuwait. Born and raised in Kuwait, Aasim has extensive experience across various sectors including Education, Healthcare, FinTech, Islamic Banking, Construction, Ready-mix, Oil & Gas, F&B, Brokerage, Hospitality, Packaging, Fisheries, Soft Drinks, and Real Estate. He possesses extensive experience in strategic business planning, feasibility studies, financial modeling, forecasting, due diligence, and the valuation of intangibles and businesses.
